Bon Ami Hotel - Thien Xuan Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and even without a window, the excellent air conditioning kept it cool after a long day in the sun. They were well-kept and very clean. The hotel's location was convenient, being right next to Ben Thanh Market and close to various attractions. The dining options were varied, with choices for both Western and Vietnamese dishes. However, some noise from the street could be heard.

The hotel is located in a bustling area close to main attractions, offering a mix of conveniences and drawbacks. The rooms are shielded from street noise but limited by late housekeeping timing. The service is a mix of genuine helpfulness with some areas needing improvement. The location is a prime spot for experiencing the city's diverse aspects. Dining caters more to local tastes but comes with some inconsistencies. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.

My stay at the Cititel Ben Thanh Central hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit too hot after a full day of sunshine, and the close proximity and noisy door mechanisms made it hard to have a peaceful rest. On the bright side, the staff never failed to assist with door opening or carrying bags, offering great services throughout my stay. However, their disinterest in providing city information was a downside. The location was quite good, although not very close to Nguyen An Tinh Street, but the proximity to the market and food market was excellent. Despite some noisy air conditioners in two rooms, the hotel's location near Ben Thanh and shopping malls was fantastic.
